We’re truly excited to confirm that we will are now open and look forward to giving you a big warm welcome back to Genting Hotel. Our guests’ happiness and safety has always been at the heart of what we do and now it is more important than ever.

Our teams have been planning throughout lockdown to ensure that when we reopen you can feel safe and confident to return and enjoy the Genting Hotel experience. It is our Genting guarantee to you that our safety and cleanliness procedures are carried out to the highest standard so that you can enjoy the same relaxing visit you remember with added peace of mind.

Click here to see the range of measure we’ve added to keep you safe. These include round the clock cleaning in public areas, plenty of hand sanitiser, signage to help with social distancing and an 11 point deep clean routine for all hotel rooms, after which rooms are signed off and sealed so that no else enters until you do. For your peace of mind we are also using the latest technologies and the best cleaning products.

Our gym and pool area are now open for Leisure Club members and hotel guests. Our team has been working hard to identify and implement the changes we need to make, so please bear with us as we finalise the last few details. For the coming months we will not be offering any treatments.

We can’t wait to give you a big warm welcome back to Genting Hotel. As a little gift, we’re offering 30% off our best available rates for hotel stays in August, September and October if you book direct through the Genting Hotel website.* And for added peace of mind, we’re doing a flexible cancellation policy for this period too so if anything changes in your circumstances you can cancel up until 2pm on the day before you check in.

Reopening FAQs

​We know you’ll have some questions before you check-in. Some key FAQs are below and our team will be on hand to answer any questions you have during your booking or once you arrive.

Will I be able to access the gym and spa?

Our gym and pool area are now for Leisure Club members and hotel guests.

Our team has been working hard to identify and implement the changes we need to make, so please bear with us as we finalise the last few details. We will not be offering any treatments for the coming months.

If I need to cancel a reservation suddenly, what can I do?

For added peace of mind, we have a flexible cancellation policy for our reopening period (17th August - 31st October) so if anything changes in your circumstances you can cancel up until 2pm on the day before you check in. Simply contact our reservations team and they will be happy to help.

Will breakfast be available?

​We’ll be serving breakfast in our award winning Sky By The Water restaurant. For extra safety and peace of mind we are temporarily changing our breakfast from a buffet to menu and table service. At busy times, to ensure social distancing at breakfast sittings, you may be asked to pre-book a breakfast timeslot at reception when you arrive. Alternatively, during these peak times there will be a room service breakfast available to be ordered to enjoy in your room.

Online Check-In for Pre-Paid Guests

If you have pre-paid for your hotel stay you can enjoy the benefits of a super swift, contactless check in. Simply download the app (Android here and Apple here), on the day of your stay, you’ll receive an email at around 11am from ‘Front Desk at Genting Hotel’ which will allow you to check in remotely. By 3pm you will receive your room number and mobile room key to the app on your phone. When you arrive there’s no need to go to reception, just head straight to your room, make sure your Bluetooth is enabled, hold your smartphone up to the door lock and enter the room ready to enjoy your stay.

What is open at Resorts World?

​Most of the shops, restaurants and leisure facilities are now open. You will be able to enjoy many awesome shopping, dining and leisure experiences during your stay. For a full list of everything that will be open when you visit see their latest news here.

Will room service be available?

​Yes, there will be room service available. More information will be available in your room once you check-in or a member of our team will be happy to help you. The room service menu is here.
