Here at Genting Hotel, we want to ensure your stay is a memorable one and our team will be on hand 24/7 during your stay to make sure everything is up to the high standards we strive for.

Check-in / Check-out
You can check in with us from 3pm and check-out is until 11am. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and must be pre-authorised by our reception team. Late check-out is an additional £15 per hour after 11am (not available for suites or double deluxe rooms). If you speak with our reception team, they will be happy to check if this is possible for you at check-in / during your stay.
Car Parking
If your booking doesn’t include parking, you can add this on at £20 per 24 hours (subject to availability). If our car park is full, you can find additional spaces in the Resort multi-storey car park, at a £10.00 charge per 24 hours. Always make sure to validate your ticket with our reception team.
Spa Access
If you’re in the mood for a relaxing experience, then our Santai Spa is the place to go. All of our rooms include 1.30h spa access (subject to availability), 7am - 10am & 3pm - 9.45pm. Access to all areas of the spa, including the pool is restricted to over 18s only. Simply pop by Santai Spa on the 2nd floor, check-in at the reception desk and the team will be able to check availability for you.
Breakfast & Room Service
Breakfast is served in our rooftop bar and restaurant, Sky Bar and Restaurant, with a full English-style buffet and continental options. We can also accommodate dietary requirements upon request. Breakfast will be served between 6.30am and 10am during the week and between 7am and 10.30am during the weekend.
If you’d like to order room service during your stay simply get in touch with our reception team and they will be able to assist you.

Booking a restaurant
As the only hotel at the heart of Resorts World, we are able to provide you with lots of restaurant options right outside your room. From family favourites Fridays and Las Iguanas to exquisite experiences at Miller & Carter and Sky Bar and Restaurant (10% off for hotel guests).
If you want to book ahead, you can see all the restaurants available here and book your next visit. Although we recommend booking if possible at busy times, most of the restaurants at Resorts World accept walk-ins (subject to availability) so you can pop by on the day and see what takes your fancy!
