Celebrating our wedding anniversary at the hotel and each time we've been always impressed. From the smooth check in, going to our room, the bibini suite everything was just as we hoped perfect. Prior to our stay I had been in touch with a staff member who gets a big mention for making our stay perfect, thank you Danielle Bird. The hotel was clean throughout and cocktails in the sky bar were great. Breakfast ticked all the boxes and spa wonderfully relaxing.

Decided to leave the car and took the train to Birmingham International, a short walk away from the hotel mainly undercover through the NEC complex. Lauren checked us in and was super helpful. Our signature room was spotless with a bath, fridge, Nespresso machine and the most comfortable huge bed. The Santai Spa on floor two was amazing. Professional patient staff and thoroughly organised. Three hours of luxury saunas, swimming, hot tub, hot stone beds and a Spa treatment later we were fully refreshed and relaxed. A special mention to Sian and Celine for their massage skills and being genuinely lovely. Breakfast in the Sky Restaurant was the best we have had in any hotel. Our compliments to the chefs and waiting staff. The Genting Hotel and all of its staff deserve this 5 star review.

Weekend treat for me & my wife. Loved this hotel!! Upgraded room to the penthouse suites. Everything was to a high end quality. Rooms were spotless with a beautiful view over the lake. Slippers, robes, coffee machine, room service and TV in the bathroom....Amazing, luxurious treat for my wife and I. We ate at the sky restaurant and the service and food were fantastic! Cocktails in the bar, good range and good quality. Onsite Parking - advise to book the VIP parking, this was included in our room booking. The parking is under the hotel, really handy. We used the Spa within the complex, again a real treat. The staff at the hotel and spa couldn't do enough, they were friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Did a bit of shopping within the complex, other eating places and a cinema, also has bowling. Casino was a brill experience, first time in one but won't be our last. If its an easy weekend away with your better half for some pampering, a bit of shopping or just time out this hotel and spa is the place. We will absolutely be going back and we live in the southwest, so not local. Cannot fault anything! We had the best child-free weekend, LOVED it. Can't recommend the Genting Hotel and Spa enough :)
