IS SPA ACCESS INCLUDED WITH MY TREATMENT?
No, spa access is not included with our treatments. Spa access can be booked separately online here.
SPA ACCESS TIMES FOR HOTEL GUESTS
Spa access is available to hotel guests for 1hr 30mins, 7am - 10am & 3pm - 9.45pm, subject to availability. Last entry is 9pm.
Hotel guests must check-in at the spa reception desk to access the facilities. Access to all areas of the spa, including the pool is restricted to over 18s only.

Day of arrival: 3pm - 9.45pm
Day of departure: 7am - 10am.
The spa can get busy at peak times and if it is full you will be added to a waitlist and contacted as soon as space is available. Spa access is for 1hr 30 mins and last entry is 9pm. We do not take bookings in advance for these slots as they are on a first-come, first-served basis. Our team will be happy to help you at check-in and answer any of your queries. Hotel guests will also be provided with robes and slippers on entry if they have booked a treatment.
CAN I WAIT AT THE SPA IF THERE IS TIME BETWEEN MY BOOKINGS?
Due to limited space in our spa guests are unable to wait for long periods between treatments/spa access times. If possible please book these times close together or you can wait at one of the venues around Resorts World.
WHAT DAYS ARE TREATMENTS AVAILABLE?
Treatments are currently available every day.
WHAT TIME DO I NEED TO ARRIVE?
You will be advised of your arrival time at the point of booking, we recommend arriving 15 minutes prior to any treatments to allow time to complete your consultation form as any late arrivals may run into your treatment time. Due to our capacity, there is limited waiting space at Santai Spa so there is no availability to wait for longer periods between treatments and spa access times. We advise booking these as close together as possible.
HOW CAN I CHECK AVAILABILITY AND BOOK?
You can book via this website or call 0121 271 1000 and we will be able to check availability and make your reservation. Our phone lines are open Monday – Friday 08:00 – 17:00, Saturday 09:00 – 16:00; Sunday 09:00 – 16:00.
CAN I MAKE MULTIPLE BOOKINGS ONLINE?
Yes, you can make more than one booking at once online. Please add these bookings, one by one to your basket, before proceeding to payment. If you are unable to go back and select another booking for the same time then there is no more availability.
ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED IN THE SPA?
Access to the facilities including the changing facilities, spa, pool, heat experiences and gym is restricted to over 18’s.
DO YOU ACCEPT TREATMENT BOOKINGS ON THE DAY?
We do accept same-day bookings but these are subject to availability so we always advise guests to book ahead.
IS THERE A LIMIT TO THE NUMBER OF GUESTS ALLOWED TO VISIT IN A GROUP?
Group bookings are available for up to 8 guests.
CAN YOU GET FOOD AND DRINK WITHIN THE SPA?
Food, drinks and alcohol are not available within the spa. Tea, coffee and water are available free of charge throughout the spa. Afternoon tea is available as part of our spa day experiences at Sky Bar & Restaurant along with a whole host of bars and restaurants within Resorts World.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION & AMENDMENT POLICY?
You must cancel/amend a minimum of 3 days prior to the date of your treatment or 1 week in advance of your package date. Any cancellations after this will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
DO YOU HAVE LOCKERS TO STORE MY BELONGINGS?
Yes, there are lockers available in the changing rooms, you will be provided with a key at reception for use during your visit.
I HAVE SOME HEALTH CONSIDERATIONS, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Please notify a member of the team of your condition prior to booking your treatment and we will be able to advise you on the options that best suit your needs.
I'M PREGNANT, WHAT OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?
There are a number of treatments available to those who are expecting including; any of our facials, an express back, neck and shoulder massage and our invigorating foot massage and our specialised prenatal massage. Treatments are only available after 12 weeks. Ask a member of our team for further information.
Although welcome to visit Santai Spa, we do advise pregnant guests at all stages of their pregnancy to use the spa facilities at their own discretion. During pregnancy it is recommended to avoid any heat based facilities such as: hot tub, steam room, sauna and heated stone beds. This is due to the risk of overheating. Ask a member of our team for further information if needed.
WHEN DO I NEED TO PAY FOR MY TREATMENT?
Full payment is required to secure your booking.

Yes, you can purchase a range of gift vouchers for Genting Hotel and Santai Spa online here.
CAN I BRING A GUEST TO THE GYM?
Leisure club members can purchase a guest pass and bring a guest with them to the gym. Members planning to bring a guest please be aware a maximum of 2 guest passes can be used per visit and unfortunately we cannot accept guest passes after 9pm (7 days a week).
DO YOU ACCEPT CASH?
No, Santai Spa is now fully cashless within our facility.
MOBILE PHONES & CAMERAS
Our spa environment is one of relaxation and tranquillity.
Please respect all spa guests’ right to privacy and serenity. In light of this, the spa is a mobile phone, camera, and smoke-free zone, and we respectfully request quiet at all times.

All lost property found on the premises should be handed in at reception. Items will be stored for four months, if they are not collected within this time they will be donated to local charities. Liquids, undergarments and hair brushes are kept for 24 hours only.
We would strongly advise removing all jewellery prior to using our facilities as avoiding doing so may result in discolouration, damage or loss for which Santai Spa is not liable.
Please note that from time to time there may be occasions where some of our facilities may be out of use for maintenance, but we will always do our best to ensure that any issues that arise are fixed as soon as possible to ensure you receive the ultimate Santai experience
