Wifi is free here at Resorts World, just search your available networks, select “Resorts World” and follow the login instructions.

ROOM REPLENISHMENT

Your room will be replenished when it is serviced by our team of cleaners. Please note that the room will need to be vacant at point of servicing. Thank you.

CHECK OUT

Check out of the Hotel is 11am, late check out is available at £15 per hour after this time (not available for suites or deluxe double rooms). To book please contact reception to confirm availability.

FIRE ALARM

We test our fire alarms every Thursday at 11.00am, so please don’t be alarmed. Should you hear the fire alarm outside of this time then please make your way quickly and calmly to our evacuation point in South Car Park 2 opposite Resorts World (for more information see the fire evacuation plan on the back of your hotel room door).

SHOWER CONTROLS

The top dial on the shower head turns the shower on or off. The second dial controls the temperature. There is a safety temperature gauge on the second dial, if you would like to increase the temperature then just hold the button and turn to the right.

AIR CONDITIONING AND HEATING

To activate the air conditioning your room key will need to be inserted into the holding socket by the door. The control panel is located next to the bathroom door. To reduce the temperature, turn the dial to the left, and to increase turn the dial to the right. To adjust the fan speed, use the dial on the right hand side.

NESPRESSO MACHINE

To enjoy a lovely Nespresso coffee during your stay, press the small black button towards the back of the machine which will switch it on. Select your favourite coffee and insert the capsule and use the buttons on the front of the Nespresso machine to make.

NO SMOKING/VAPING

Smoking or vaping is not permitted in the Genting Hotel. There are smoking/vaping areas in the Resorts World Casino, Sky Bar & Restaurant and external to Resorts World. A minimum cleaning charge of £150 applies should this not be adhered to.
