Enjoy a day of relaxation with our Signature Santai Experience. You will have access to all of our facilities and a 50-minute face or body treatment from our menu. There is also the option to add on a delicious afternoon tea at our rooftop bar & restaurant, Sky Bar and Restaurant*.

- Access to our leisure facilities for 3 hours, including the use of our gym, pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room and relaxation room
- 50-minute face or body treatment (£5 supplement for Lava Shell Relax Full Body Massage)
- Use of robes, towels and flip flops
- Unlimited tea and coffee at Santai Spa

Spa days are subject to availability. Full pre-payment is required upon booking. Ammendments / cancellations must be processed 1 week prior to arrival. Any cancellations after this will incur a 100% cancellation fee. Access to the spa facilities will be for 3 hours between 9am - 6pm, allocated time slots are subject to arrival/booking time and subject to availability. Afternoon tea will be served at Sky Bar and Restaurant on the fifth floor. Over 18’s only. Blackout dates apply. Standard Resorts World and Genting Hotel terms and conditions apply.
