Spa days are subject to availability. Full pre-payment is required upon booking. Ammendments / cancellations must be processed 1 week prior to arrival. Any cancellations after this will incur a 100% cancellation fee. Access to the spa facilities will be for 3 hours between 6pm - 9pm. subject to arrival/booking time and subject to availability. Over 18’s only. Blackout dates apply. Standard Resorts World and Genting Hotel terms and conditions apply.
